The Managerial Leadership Program (MLP) is a five-day course delivered across two modules that builds on your success and leadership potential as a top performer within your organization. Focused on raising your individual leadership capacity, MLP concentrates on honing your abilities to affect team success. You will put what you’ve learned into practice during MLP’s Team and Leadership Simulation to expand your skills in managing yourself and your team. During your experience you will also have a one-on-one session with an executive coach.
