This course will help you develop a right supply chain for your product or service; design a robust supply chain under operating uncertainty (tariffs, exchange rates, trade policy) and 'black swan' shocks (e.g. pandemics); understand the value created by a supply chain and develop value-based pricing; reduce inefficiencies in your supply chain through an improved network design, better facility location, and inventory decisions; quantify carbon footprint of a supply chain; gather supply-chain intelligence from various data sources.
